The design is by Stuart Devlin.<br /> <br /> The Obverse is the portrait of Queen Elizabeth II by Ian Rank-Broadley.<br /> <br /> The edge inscription is PRO TANTO QUID RETRIBUAMUS which means 'For so much, what shall we give in return?'.<br /> <h3>Cardiff</h3> The reverse shows the Coat of arms of Cardiff, representing Wales, and below official badges of the capital cities of the United Kingdom.
