Flowing Hair Dollars
The Flowing Hair Dollar (minted in 1794 and 1795) were the first USA dollar coins to be minted. They had a diameter of 39-40mm, weighed 26.96g and a silver content of 0.892. These are very desirable and expensive coins, difficult to find in high quality grades where the price can be more than $1 million.
