The 2024 Myths and Legends - Robin Hood - 1oz Silver proof £2 - Charles IIIThe fourth coin in the Royal Mint's Myths and Legends series features Robin Hood. The image is the same as the 2021 Robin Hood coins, but feature King Charles III on the obverse.
Robin Hood lived around the 13th/14th century and famously stole from the rich to give to the poor, and lived in Sherwood Forest.
The Myths and Legends collection includes a BU Five-Pound coin, and both .999 silver and 999.9 gold bullion coins. There are some multi-coin sets. Coins may be available in proof and bullion.
The Reverse, designed by Jody Clark, shows Robin Hood as the master bowman, firing an arrow from a tree in Sherwood Forest. Legend is "ROBIN HOOD MYTHS AND LEGENDS 2024".
Edge is milled.
