The 2020 Five Pound Coin - Music Legends: David BowieThe third coin in the Royal Mint's Music Legends series is rock star David Bowie. Bowie was born in Brixton, London on 8 January 1947 and sold over 100 million records worldwide since 1962. He was known as a singer, songwriter and actor. He died in 2016.

The Obverse shows a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II by Jody Clark.The coin is available as Cupro-Nickel BU (enclosed in four separate packages), and as limited editions half-ounce silver proof, one-ounce colourised silver proof, 1/10th oz gold and one-ounce gold proof.
