The 2020 Five Pound Coin - British Red Cross 150thThis coin was released to celebrate the 150th Anniversary of the British Red Cross.
The Reverse, by Henry Gray, shows a colourised red cross printed on a map of Great Britain. The legend shows BRITISH RED CROSS and the words THE POWER OF KINDNESS.
The edge is engraved with the motto of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement: PER HUMANITATEM AD PACEM, which means 'THROUGH HUMANITY TO PEACE'.
The Obverse shows a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II by Jody Clark.The crown is available as BU, Silver, Silver Piedfort and Gold.
