The 2017 Silver Britannia ProofThe 2017 Silver Britannia Proof (£2) shows Britannia standing and merging with a map of Britain against a background of the Union Jack.
This was the 20th anniversary of the Silver Britannia (first released in 1997) so there is a small trident with a 20 in the prongs on the right as a special mint mark.
The reverse was designed by Louis Tamlyn.
The obverse is the portrait of Queen Elizabeth II by Jody Clark.
There was a limited presentation set (of 7,500) with booklets accompanying the coin.
