The 2010 Quarter - Mount Hood National Forest, OregonThe Mount Hood National Forest is on the Willamette River Valley just to the east of Portland, Oregon, and stretches south from the Columbia River Gorge to the Olallie Scenic Area. It has more than one million acres of forest. It became a National site in 1893.
