The 1907 USA Indian Head Gold Eagle $10The 1907 USA Indian Head Gold Eagle $10. There are three main varieties, all to do with the rim. The most common variety is no periods and some of the other coins are extremely expensive. The coin was designed by Augustus Saint-Gaudens.
There was no motto on the reverse at the request of Theodore Roosevelt. However, Congress overturned this decision in 1908.
1907 Indian Head $10 were minted in Philadelphia (no mint mark).
The Obverse shows the head of Liberty wearing an Indian war bonnet. Thirteen stars above. Date below.

The Reverse shows an eagle. No Motto in 1907.
