The Reverse, by the famous engraver John Roettier, shows a crowned cruciform coat of arms with Garter star in centre and Royal cipher (interlocking C's) in quarters. Legend is "MAG BR FRA ET HIB REX 1676" with date divided at top.
The edge has raised lettering "DECVS ET TVTAMEN ANNO REGNI VICESIMO OCTAVO".
