The 1632 Crown - Charles ISilver crown of King Charles I, struck 1632-1633 (indicated by the Harp mint mark) at the Tower Mint in London. It is a large coin with a diameter 43mm and weighs 29.76g. SCBC 2755; North 2193.
The Obverse is Group II, second horseman with Charles I riding in armour holding reins and carrying a sword. Plume on horse's head. Legend reads "CAROLVS D G MAG BRIT FRA ET HIB REX".
Reverse shows an ornate oval coat-of-arms over a long cross fourchée. "C R" above with harp mint mark at top indicating Tower Mint London 1632-1633. Legend is "CHRISTO AVSPICE REGNO".This coin graded as VF.
