The 1526-1544 Half-Groat - Henry VIIISilver Half-Groat of King Henry VIII. Second coinage, minted between 1526 and 1544 at the Canterbury Mint under Archbishop William Warham. SCBC: 2343. North: 1802
The Obverse shows a crowned bust facing right. Legend is maybe "h?nRIC’· VIII’· DI’· G’· R’· AGL’· Z · FR".
The Reverse shows a long cross fourchée with saltires by forks, over a coat-of-arms. Legend is partly "CIVI TΛS CΛn TOR".Coin graded as VF. You can see that it can be difficult to read the legend fully, but it's still a nice coin and affordable to many.
